Home inspections before and after turnovers:

☑ Run water in sinks and showers/tubs,
☑ Inspect the water heater/check pan for moisture,
☑ Check for plumbing leaks or other related problems,
☑ Look for signs of forced entry/vandalism,
☑ Check the security of all doors and windows,
☑ Inspect the exterior of the property for anything out of the ordinary,
☑ Check temperature vs. thermostat setting,
☑ Check ac filter and replace it if necessary(extra charge if we have to provide the filter)
☑ Prepare unit for owner/guest arrival,
☑ Turn on the water heater.
☑ Raise/remove hurricane shutters.
